GRASSROOTS CELL OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM

University of Management and Technology Ho Chi Minh City

The Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) is the vanguard of the Vietnamese working class and the faithful representative of the interests of the working class, the laboring people, and the entire Vietnamese nation. The Party’s goal is to build an independent, democratic, prosperous, and civilized Vietnam, advancing toward socialism and ultimately communism. The Party’s ideological foundation and guiding principles are Marxism–Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought. It operates as a unified organization in both will and action, following the principle of democratic centralism, and plays a leading role within the political system while maintaining close ties with the people. The Communist Party Cell at the University of Management and Technology Ho Chi Minh City was established on November 10, 2025, under the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee. It currently comprises 10 Party members who are working and studying at UMT.
