He brings with him a diverse professional background, with extensive experience in project management, curriculum design and implementation, and organizational operations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Văn has worked with both domestic and international institutions, including PUM Netherlands Senior Experts, Thai Binh Duong University, and Boma Resort Nha Trang. While working with PUM, he directly coordinated and supported over 30 development projects for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa, and Binh Thuan provinces. His time at Boma Resort also shaped his service-oriented mindset, emphasizing human-centered approaches in every aspect of organizational management.

Alongside his practical industry experience, Mr. Văn is deeply engaged in the design and implementation of Liberal Education programs at the university level in Vietnam. Mr. Văn believes: “Education is not merely the transmission of knowledge, it is a co-designing journey, where every learning experience, from classroom discussions and teacher-student interactions to peer relationships, contributes to helping students build a life of autonomy, responsibility, and confidence to thrive in the world.”
