Career Development

CAREER DEVELOPMENT JOURNEY

According to The Global Community for Academic Advising (NACADA), career advising helps students understand the correlation between their own characteristics and career characteristics, thereby identifying their appropriate disciplines or training programs, studying and practicing skills to achieve career goals.

Career development is a journey of self-discovery, experience accumulation and skill development for your improvement. It is a long process of learning and behaving, thinking and growing up so that you can get closer to your ideal job, take pride in your abilities and maintain the lifestyle you want.

No matter where you are on that journey, you know who you are, you set out a career goal and a plan, or you are confused, you have many options…It will be fine! The team of Career Specialists at UMT will accompany you on this journey. We will help you identify and accomplish your career goals.
