Mr. Tran Huu Quoc Van has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, particularly in developing, managing, and operating IT systems for major corporations both in Vietnam and internationally, including: THACO – Truong Hai Auto Corporation, FLG Vietnam, Capitaland, Jabil – Global Electronics Manufacturing Company (USA).
Alongside his professional career, Mr. Van has been actively involved in teaching programming at leading IT training institutions such as: FPT FAI, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT)
At UMT, he has been a dedicated mentor and academic companion to students in both learning and research activities. In 2025, he successfully guided: two students to win the Third Prize at the National Student Informatics Olympiad (with participation from over 120 universities nationwide) and a student team won Second Prize in the Scientific Research Competition at UMT University.
