Ms. Le Ky Duyen obtained her Master’s degree in Digital Media Management with Distinction from Sheffield Hallam University in 2023. She holds multiple global certifications in digital media from Meta and Google, reflecting her expertise in paid media, integrated campaigns, and data-driven marketing strategy.
Prior to joining UMT, she worked at leading media agencies including Starcom, Wavemaker, and EssenceMediacom, where she led digital strategy and campaign execution for top international brands such as Coca-Cola, L'Oréal, Tiger, Colgate-Palmolive, and Mondelez. She most recently served as a Digital Marketing Strategist for K&K Tea House in the UK, spearheading brand positioning and customer engagement in the London market.
Her teaching focuses on bridging industry practice with classroom learning, helping students explore real-world marketing through data, creativity, and customer insight. She brings to UMT a deep passion for digital innovation, practical teaching, and student mentorship.
Joining UMT, she hopes to inspire future marketers with global perspectives, guide them in applying digital tools effectively, and encourage research and strategic thinking in the digital age.
